This independent medical equipment dealer sells and services new and used equipment, primarily to medical, veterinary, and chiropractic clinics. They cover all of Utah as well as Southeast Idaho and Southwest Wyoming. The business has multiple exclusive dealership contracts for new equipment and access to parts for their type of equipment. The business is currently operating out of the same facility it has operated in since 1991. The company no longer needs this large of a facility and the business needs to be relocated to something much smaller. All equipment and parts are now drop-shipped so the company does not need as big a warehouse. It is staffed by 1 part-time salesperson, 3 full-time service technicians, and the current owner.
